Return and exchange policy
1. After receiving the return request from the customer, the merchant shall decide whether to accept the return according to the reason for the return and the condition of the product.
2. If the product has quality problems or does not conform to the description purchased by the customer, the merchant shall unconditionally accept the return and bear the return freight.
3. If the product has no quality problem but the customer is not satisfied, the merchant can decide whether to accept the return according to the specific circumstances. The merchant reserves the right to deduct part of the refund amount or require the customer to bear the return shipping cost, depending on the condition of the product.
4. The merchant shall refund the returned goods within 3 working days after receiving the returned goods, and refund the refund amount to the customer's original payment account.
